Developer revises planning for £25m Southampton student scheme

Developer JEDS Investments has revised its planning application for a student accommodation scheme on Royal Crescent Road in Southampton.

The council blocked the original application for a 12-storey, 506-bed scheme submitted in May this year on the grounds that it was too tall and too dense.
