Alternative Hotel Group is selling two DeVere hotels after buying the company in July last year.
Bids are being invited for the freehold on the properties, a 600-year-old inn and separate conference centre in Oxfordshire and a 60-bed hotel in Surrey.
The Mill conference centre and the 62-bedroom The Old Swan hotel in Minster Lovell, near Oxford, and grade-II listed Branksome Place in Haslemere, designed by London-based architect Edward Cullinan, are being sold by specialist hotel agents Christie + Co.
The nautically-themed 32 acre Branksome Place includes a restaurant, lounge and conference facilities.
The combined gross income for the hotels next year is expected to be more than £4m.
