Devonshire ‘cherry picks’ in £30m swoop on Comland

Peter Gubb’s Highcross has bought a 21,400 sq ft (1,988 sq m) vacant office building in Mortlake, Richmond upon Thames, for £4.75m. Highcross plans a £1.2m refurbishment of the property.
