Diageo deal is a Landmark

Cendant Europe, QXL, GT Interactive Software and AEA/SOS International have, between them, taken 6,205 sq m (66,795 sq ft) at Diageo’s Landmark House office in Hammersmith. The tenants will pay rents of around £301/sq m (£28/sq ft). All leases are co-terminus with Diageo’s lease, expiring in 2012.
