Discovery leisure plan secures MPs’ backing

The private property company, run by Hugo Hawkings and Paul Clarke, this week submitted a planning application to Haringey Council for the 55,230 sq m (594,500 sq ft) development on a brownfield site next to Tottenham Hale underground station.
