The winning group, led by Canadian information company MacDonald Dettwiler, is now set to invest in a ‘hub’ for the National Land Information Service, that will hold information from bodies such as the Land Registry, Valuation Office and Ordinance Survey. The hub is expected to go live in early 2001.
