Double deal takes Derby's Sinfin Park to fully let

Regeneration specialist Harworth Group has completed a pair of new lettings to take its Sinfin Commercial Park adjacent to Rolls Royce’s worldwide headquarters in Derby to fully let.

Harworth bought Sinfin Commercial Park in September 2015 for £7m and has expanded the rent roll to more than twenty tenants including Network Rail and Morgan Technical Ceramics. The latest arrivals are logistics service provider ATL which has signed a five-year lease for Unit F, a 64,185 sq ft warehouse.
