McNally has joined from CBRE, where he has led a recruitment drive for the past four years and previously ran the property desks at leading recruitment agencies Investigo and Cobalt Recruitment. He will work alongside Mo Karim, EMEA director of people transformation, as part of a recruitment and retention campaign aimed at doubling the size of the company by 2020 as announced by EMEA chief executive Chris McLernon earlier this year.
