Double letting takes Caddick's Rose Wharf to full house

A double letting to Thiskrow Ventures and The Recruitment Crowd has taken Caddick Developments’ Rose Wharf in Leeds to full occupancy.

The Grade II listed office development in Leeds city centre is also home to beauty and cosmetics firm HD Brows and property surveyors Malcolm Hollis. The two latest lettings see Thirskrow and the online recruitment firm both take 1,850 sq ft suites in the Compass House building on five-year leases.
