Drivers Jonas’s retail lease advisory team has been instructed as the sole agent on the 2009 retail rent reviews and 2009/2010 lease renewals for the City of London’s historic Leadenhall Market.
The instruction from the City of London Corporation follows the successful completion of the 2007 and 2008 rent reviews and for Leadenhall Market.
Leadenhall Market is a retail centre which dates back to the 1st Century.
The instruction is for 10 retail premises including shops such as Cards Galore, Hobbs and Chop’d, as well as other traditional Leadenhall market operators.
