DTZ has made three appointments as part of plans to expand its town centres and retail planning services team.
It has hired Stephen Hill as retail planning director to work alongside head of retail planning, Jonathan Baldock.
Hill joins from Barton Willmore where he was head of retail planning, and will advise on major retail-led mixed use regeneration projects for DTZ’s clients.
Emma Jones joins the London team from Taylor Wimpey as associate director, and will work on mixed use and residential projects.
Oliver McAnich joins as senior consultant and will work on economic and retail projects.
DTZ the appointments reflected the continuing demand for consultancy services from both private and public sectors in the UK and abroad.
