DTZ has been appointed to act for three urban regeneration companies (URCs) for three different Scottish locations.
The consultancy will advise on the regeneration of Irvine Bay, on the North Ayrshire coast to the south-west of Glasgow, Clyde Gateway, in East Glasgow, and Riverside Inverclyde, a coastal area at the mouth of the Clyde.
‘These three projects are national priorities as determined by the Scottish Government’s regeneration agenda,’ said Chris Dougray, director in charge of DTZ’s Clyde Gateway team.
‘They are great examples of regeneration in action and will provide huge boost to their respective local economies as well as the overall Scottish economy.’
Irvine Bay URC and Clyde Gateway URC have instructed DTZ to advise on all aspects of property for four year and two years respectively.
Riverside Inverclyde URC, which covers the area between Greenock and Glasgow Port, has appointed the consultancy as planning advisors for four years.
