Desert Dream Real Estate & Investments is planning a £243m residential scheme at the Waterfront development in Dubai.

The Dream Harbour development will be the first for Desert Dream in Dubai.

The scheme, near Palm Jebel Ali and the Arabian Gulf, will be 48-storeys high and include three ‘souk’ style shopping galleries.

The scheme was designed by architect Agostine & Raphael.

Waterfront is an area of land on the western shores of Dubai.

The main developer there is Nakheel, one of Dubai’s largest property companies.

It covers 1.4bn sq ft of desert and sea and its development is aimed at providing living space for 1.5m people.
