Joint developers Ballymore and Oxley are set to offer their No. 2 Dublin Landings property to the market for €98.8m (£86.3m).
The building is currently let to WeWork and follows the successful sale of No. 1 Dublin Landings to Patrizia-owned TRIUVA earlier this year.
