Dudley comes bottom of retail ‘vitality’ index

Retail specialist Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) has launched the UK’s first ‘vitality’ index for the nation’s top 500 British retail centres, which scores the quality of the retail offer, rather than merely their size.
