Duke sells Chesterfield

BD St Louis Development, a subsidiary of Duke Realty Partners, has sold an 80% stake in the Chesterfield Rehabilitation Centre in St Louis, Missouri, to Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT for $36m (£18.1m).
