Dukelease is under offer to buy City of London office building Ibex House from Israeli pension fund Harel Insurance & Financial.
The fund instructed Allsop to sell the 191,144 sq ft building for £120m, reflecting a yield of 5.02%. Property Week understands Dukelease is set to pay more than the asking price for the 1930s building and that it intends to refurbish the property gradually.
