Gladman Developments has got the go-ahead for an office scheme in Dunblane.

It got the Green light for a 95,000 sq ft of offices, fronting the A9/M9 in Dunblane, to the north of Stirling.

Gladman Developments has won planning permission for the £17m development, called Dunblane Business Park.

It will start work on the first phase of the scheme of 23,500 sq ft, which will consist of a mix of office units of 1,027 sq ft, 2,212 sq ft, and 5,203 sq ft, available for sale or lease, in an area where it is notoriously difficult to buy office space.

Dunblane Business Park will be built on a 7.65 acre site, part of the Old Barbush Quarry.
