Private property company Dunedin has been put on the market with a price tag of about £700m. Daily Telegraph. Financial Times

The group’s owners, led by chief executive Roun Barry, have appointed Morgan Stanley to advise on a sale, which would represent the UK's biggest industrial property disposal.

It would include the Industrious portfolio, which makes up about half of Dunedin’s 10m sq ft of assets, and was sold by Brixton last year for £460m.
