Dunloe dancing after £12m Dublin windfall results sink in

Pre-tax profits in the six months to 30 June were up 510% to euro19.8m (£12.6m), of which 93% came from the gain on the sale of the interest in a 170ha (420 acre) office, retail and leisure site at Cherrywood, near Dublin.
