Dunloe Ewart in 'derisory' offer

Several shareholders told the company's annual general meeting in Dublin that they were disappointed with the 28p-a-share offer, made up of 22p in cash and 6p in loan notes, which will be redeemed over a three-year period as Dunloe sells some of its assets.
