Duo of Unite directors join rival GSA

Two former Unite directors have joined rival student developer and operator GSA as the company gears up to significantly grow its portfolio in UK and Ireland.

James Hunt, who joins as acquisition director, has more than 15 years’ experience working in the student accommodation sector. He held the role of university partnerships director at Unite, and helped to deliver the company’s first on-campus scheme in Aston.
