Catalyst Capital has secured a deal to bring one of the world’s longest running magazine titles to Birmingham having agreed a five-year lease with The Economist at 60 Church Street.
The publication, which is headquarted in London and dates back to 1843, has agreed a 3,645 sq ft letting to open a new Midlands technology centre in Birmingham’s Colmore business district.
