Edinburgh St James has bagged 15 new tenants for its retail-led mixed use scheme due to open in October.

The new signings, which total 66,000 sq ft include fashion brands H&M, Mango and JD Sports.

H&M will take a 27,000 sq ft store; Mango is set to open a 6,000 sq ft store and & Other Stories –part of the H&M Group brand – will make its Scottish debut with a 5,900 sq ft.

Meanwhile, JD Sports has taken a 11,000 sq ft store.

Three food and beverage operaters including Five Guys, @Pizza and Yo! are also set to open.

“These latest 15 signings underline our vision for Edinburgh St James which is to bring greater choice to both the residents of and visitors to Edinburgh,” said Chris Pyne, director of leasing at Edinburgh St James.

“Our vision is to secure brands new to the city and Scotland, and significantly larger stores showcasing the most comprehensive product ranges available, within the very best of retail and innovation.
