EMA says High Court judge ‘erred’ in Brexit frustration case

The European Medicines Agency has accused the High Court judge of making mistakes in his High Court ruling in February.

In the EMA’s three-page grounds of appeal, the agency said that the judge “erred in failing to recognise that Brexit […] will cause a series of changes in the EMA’s legal position in the UK which are so fundamental as to render performance of the Lease radically different”.
