Empiric’s student accommodation at College Green in Bristol

Empiric Student Property has appointed Donald Grant as chief financial and sustainability officer.

Grant, who will also join the student accommodation group’s board, has more than 20 years of working for FTSE 350 real estate companies, as well as major financial services firms.
