Enfield confirms shortlist for Meridian Water housing mandate

Enfield Council has confirmed Galliford Try, L&Q, Peabody and Redrow have been shortlisted to deliver its first housing site at Meridian Water.

The successful company will be mandated to build 725 homes at Willoughby Lane, alongside new public squares, shops and leisure facilities.
