Esfandi’s company, Dwyer Estates, has bought 19 properties, mainly in the south-east, of which 40% are offices, 40% retail and 20% industrial. The annual rent roll is £3m, giving an initial average yield of 8.3%. Knight Frank acted for Dwyer; Donaldsons for Argyll.
