Erinaceous Group last night signed an agreement with NAI Global to become its UK representative.

The US network, previously affiliated with Fuller Peiser in the UK until Fuller Peiser was bought by Atisreal last year, is led by David Perry in Europe.

Erinaceous as part of the tie up with the global network has taken office space at 10 Piccadilly in London and Perry will be based there.

NAI, which is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, manages a network of more than 160 independently-owned property consultants, with 350 offices in 45 countries.

Erinaceous, which describes itself as a a ‘one-stop property shop’, already has a international presence in Abu Dhabi, Bucharest and has six offices in Ireland. It employs in total about 900 staff in its commercial property division.
