Ernst & Young has completed Copenhagen’s biggest letting of the year.

The professional services provider has taken a 258,336 sq ft office tower in TV-Byen, which is in Soberg near Copenhagen for its Denmark headquarters.

The building was developed by Danish property developer Sjaelsoe Group and is owned by a private property company. It was previously occupied by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.

The property also features more than 500 flats, a private hospital, film studios and two supermarkets.

Ernst & Young moved from the city’s Copenhagen North area.

The details of the letting were not disclosed. CB Richard Ellis is the letting agent for the TV-Byen office tower.
