ESO secures Spaces and Annodata as debut tenants at Maylands

Maylands Building Hemel Hempstead

ESO Capital has signed up the first two tenants for its refurbished Maylands Building in Hemel Hempstead, including IWG’s flexible workspace brand Spaces.

Spaces, which currently has 207 offices across 45 countries and recently revealed plans to double that in the next year, has taken the entire ground floor totalling 27,480 sq ft at the refurbished office building located close to the M1 in the Hertfordshire town. Spaces will be operational in the building from April and has signed a 10 year lease.
