European Medicines Agency appeals Brexit “frustration” ruling

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has appealed the High Court’s ruling that Brexit did not amount to the legal “frustration” of its £500m, 25-year lease with Canary Wharf Group.

The agency was given leave to appeal last month and submitted its appeal just before its deadline on Monday 15 April.
