Exton’s Essex expansion

Exton Estates has bought a site in Loughton, Essex, to develop a £50m data centre. Exton paid Epping Forest District Council £6m, funded by a local consortium. It is near the 60,000 sq ft Loughton Business Centre, which Exton is developing, funded by Royal London.
