Fairfax House space let

Hemingway Properties has let 22,155 sq ft (2.058 sq m) at Fairfax House, Fulwood Place, London WC1. Accountant Haysmacintyre has taken a 10-year lease at a rent of around £28/sq ft (£301.39/sq m). Hemingway is refurbishing the building. EA Shaw acted for Hemingway and Farebrother for Haysmacintyre.
