Fall in percentage of women in senior leadership roles

The percentage of women in senior leadership roles in the real estate industry has fallen from 32% in 2017 to 30% in 2019, according to a report from PwC and Real Estate Balance.

Fast-tracking gender balance across real estate contains the views of 844 real estate employees and 52 companies who took part in a survey and draws on face-to-face interviews with seven leading chief executives.
