Farm Group signs as first occupier for Allied London's ABC Buildings

Post-production company The Farm Group has signed for a 25,000 sq ft facility to become the first tenant at The ABC Buildings within Allied London’s Manchester scheme Enterprise City.

Allied London unveiled plans for the expansion of its tech and creative industry cluster Enterprise City in Manchester earlier this year with Farm Group the first tenant to sign at the ABC Buildings.

As part of the extension, the ABC Buildings’ 1960s architecture and characteristics are being readapted to create a media hub alongside the existing ‘Old Granada’ television studios at St. John’s, which are being redeveloped and operated by ALL Studios. The facility will feature offline, online, grade, VFX and audio facilities will be based on the same floor beneath a roof terrace while the building will also feature a 40-seat screening theatre, and all will be fully 4K/UHD SDR and HDR capable.
