Joint venture company Keylandmark has sold two office buildings in its Turnberry Park in Leeds.

Keylandmark, a joint venture between Landmark Development Projects and Keyland Development, has sold Brabazon house and Sunningdale House to a public service organisation. The buildings are the final two to be sold at the park.

The properties total 28,350 sq ft and 40,500 sq ft respectively.

The other two properties at the 8.5 acre park, Ailsa House and Wentworth House, are already prelet and sold.

Ailsa House was let to West Yorkshire Magistrates Court and the West Yorkshire Trading Standards office in 2004 and subsequently sold to Insight Investment. Wentworth was sold to insurance broker Simon Brooke & Partners in 2005.

Carter & Co and GVA Grimley acted for Keylandmark.
