Universities Superannuation Scheme’s 450,000 sq ft Grand Arcade shopping centre in Cambridge is fully let after two lettings this week. Handbag and accessories retailer Radley has taken 1,153 sq ft and women’s fashion chain Chesca has taken 1,254 sq ft, both on 10-year leases.
