Fine Grain buys 220,000 sq ft site at Dublin’s Citywest campus

Irish real estate investor Fine Grain Property has acquired the 219,281 sq ft Waterside development at Citywest Business Campus outside Dublin from IPUT Real Estate and Davy Waterside Investment Fund ICAV for an undisclosed amount.
