Finnish portfolio sale for Tristan

Tristan Capital Partners and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company have sold a 645,000 sq ft portfolio of eight office assets in Helsinki, Finland, to Areim Fund European Property Investors Special Opportunities IV (EPISO 4).

Tristan acquired the assets with Finnish-based Avant Capital as part of a larger, 12-asset portfolio in 2016.
