BXR London has announced it will be expanding into London’s 22 Bishopsgate, Europe’s first vertical village, in February 2022.
Located on the 25th floor, the Anthony Joshua backed-BXR will become London’s highest gym and will also feature the city’s highest climbing wall.
Residents of 22 Bishopsgate will be offered exclusive access to the new club, with a limited number of exclusive memberships available to non-residents.
The club will feature a boxing training area alongside state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym, Wattbike, Eleiko and Hammer Strength.
The site will be designed by design firm Bergman Interiors.
Founder of Bergman Interiors Marie Soliman said: “The main gym floor is designed with an unexpected, rough, elegant and industrial chic language using rough concrete panels and a rich blend of backlit dark-tinted mirrors. We were determined to refrain from using the usual materials found in most health clubs.’’
