Floreat buys regional offices for £44.7m

Floreat Real Estate has purchased offices in Bristol and Cardiff for £44.7m from Oval Real Estate in an off-market transaction.

 It has purchased Castlemead, the tallest office building in Bristol with 137,000 sq ft of office accommodation, and Churchill House – which has 87,000 sq ft of office accommodation and ancillary retail in Central Cardiff.
