The specialist social housing REIT has confirmed that Fletcher-Ray will provide advice to the senior management team bringing more than a decade’s worth of healthcare experience to the role. She is currently managing director of Caring Homes having previously spent eight years at Bupa UK, holding managing director roles in its care home business for the north of England and Scotland leading on the healthcare giant’s modernisation agenda.
