Chartered surveyor and GraceMark director Richard Colt has passed away over the Easter weekend aged 62.
Colt qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1977 before spells at Richard Ellis St Quintin (now CBRE) as associate partner from 1980-1994, J Trevor & Webster (now Colliers) as head of London investment from 1994-1995 and senior investment surveyor at Frogmore Estates from 1996-2002.
Latterly Colt served as a director at Gracemark Investments, focusing on the refurbishment and development of commercial and residential buildings in Central London
He is survived by his widow Chris and two children, Lucie and Thomas. The family have encouraged friends and former colleagues to attend his funeral service on Monday 23 April at St Helen’s Church, Wheathampstead at 1pm.
