Planning permission has been granted to refurbish and extend the former House of Fraser department store at 318 Oxford Street.
The scheme will deliver a mixed-use development offering six floors of offices with two new double-height entrances in Henrietta Place and Old Cavendish Street, with flagship retail and leisure uses on the lower floors.
