Former NCP owners agree £112m portfolio sale

Ronald Hobson and Sir Donald Gosling, who sold their NCP car parks business for £555m in 1998, have agreed to sell Metrose, a portfolio of 14 properties, for £112m to Invesco UK Property Income Trust.
