Former Shredded Wheat factory gains Urban Exposure with £55m financing

Urban Exposure has agreed to provide senior debt financing to assist with ZM Land & Capital’s redevelopment of the former Shredded Wheat factory in Welwyn Garden City into a residential-led estate.
