TCG Acquisitions, the managed pub company which was formerly Tattershall Castle Group, is to sell 26 of its leasehold sites.
The outlets, which are spread across the UK, are a mixture of pubs and late-night venues situated in prime city centre locations.
The properties range from the Tun in Edinburgh to the Rat and Parrot in woking, and from the Minerva in Hull to the Bedroom in Shrewsbury.
Christie & Co has been instructed to sell the properties which are available individually, in parcels or as a group. TCG is selling the sites as part of an ongoing review of its estate.
TCG Acquisitions, which is backed by private equity group Alchemy Partners, currently operates a managed estate of approximately 150 sites.
Neil Morgan, head of pubs at Christie & Co, said: ‘These centrally located units are likely to appeal to a wide range of buyers from new entrants to existing operators across the pub, restaurant and late night bar sectors.’
