Freeport mall threatens Potteries towns’ trade

The Drivers Jonas report, jointly commissioned by Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle councils, estimated that Hanley would lose £8.3m in trade and Newcastle £3.5m. Tunstall and Burslem would also be affected but to a lesser extent.
