French state makes debut UK buy with stake in Save The Children’s London HQ

The investment arm of the French government has made its first major UK real estate transaction by snapping up a 50% stake in Save The Children’s London headquarters from Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), in a deal understood to be worth £115m.
